 UFA: Who is Detroit Tee?

DT: Detroit Tee is Detroit. From being criticized the way it looks to what others go off of. Detroit tee is creative, a person from the hook trying to make it out. Detroit Tee is someone who can’t be defined .

UFA: Why do you want to create music?

DT: I create music to influence others that they can do whatever they want no matter what the situation is. And I I want others to hear what I have to say.

 UFA: Who/What influenced you to make music?

DT: Seeing what I don’t want to be influenced me to do music & Chris brown he is an amazing all around artist who does all the same activities as me

 UFA: If you could work with any major artists, who would it be?

DT: I would work with Chris brown of course.

UFA: At what age did you want to start making music?

DT: 19, when I was younger around 8th grade I was into it recording myself but people told me it wasn’t for me and to stick to basketball so I stopped.

 UFA: What separates you from the mainstream and underground artists?

DT: I’m different, I rap about things that are true and will not influence the youth or anyone else to do bath things most mainstream encourage bad things but then turn around about want to give back and say don’t do this and that.

UFA: How do you think “Unsigned Female Artists” can help get your music out there?

DT: UFA can help me because all the connection and fan base they have & I can connect with other female artist

UFA: Why do you think it’s hard for female artists to control the male dominated industry?

It’s hard for females to control the dominant male industry because females do not get enough recognition. Most females in the game are ghost writers for the dude rappers

UFA: How long have you been making music? What are some goals you hope to achieve?

For a good minute, goal is to because one of the greatest female mc of my generation & to have makes respecting me as they would other males In the industry

UFA: What’s an everyday motto that you go by? What advice would you give other artists wanting to make music?

I just pray & tell myself either you going or struggle. I would tell artist wanting to make music grind now party later & always be patient!
